Terms and Conditions
The general terms and conditions of the online store www.dddesign.si are compiled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZV Pot), based on the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and international codes for e-commerce. The General Terms and Conditions deal with operation of the online store, user rights and the business relationship between the provider and the customer.

The company Rustika Masiva d.o.o. operates in accordance with the Electronic Commerce on the Market Act (ZEPT) and on its on the basis of the regulations adopted.
PRICES
All prices are in euros (EUR). The company is not liable for VAT, so VAT is not charged on the invoice in accordance with paragraph 1. Article 94 of the ZDDV - 1. Prices do not include delivery costs. The provider reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. Time-limited promotions and promotions are valid on the day of placing the order.

CONTRACT
The sales contract (invoice) is concluded in the Slovenian language and is attached to the delivery of the goods.
DELIVERY
The bidder will deliver the goods to the agreed address and within the deadline set for delivery.
RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM PURCHASE, RETURN OF GOODS
The consumer has the right to inform the company within 14 days of receiving the goods that he is withdrawing from the contract without the reason for the resignation must be stated. The period shall begin to run on the day following receipt of the goods. The cost of returning the goods is borne consumer. The goods must be returned to the company no later than 30 days from the notice of withdrawal.

We guarantee 100% protection and security of your personal data under the Personal Data Protection Act. The delivery address will be entrusted exclusively to the Delivery Service.

DISCLAIMER
We reserve the right to withdraw from the execution of the order in cases where the ordered products are no longer available, if we find payment risk of the buyer, if the order form is not filled in correctly or if there is an obvious error in the price list.
COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES
The provider complies with applicable consumer protection legislation. The complaint is submitted via e - mail info@dddesign.si
The bidder will confirm within five working days that he has received the complaint and inform the buyer about the further course of the procedure.
OUT-OF-COURT RESOLUTION OF CONSUMER DISPUTES
In accordance with legal norms, Rustika Masiva d.o.o. does not recognize any out-of-court resolution provider consumer disputes as competent for resolving a consumer dispute which could be initiated by the consumer in Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes Act.
Rustika Masiva d.o.o., which as a provider of goods and services enables online shopping in the territory of the Republic of Slovenia, on its website publishes an electronic link to the online consumer dispute resolution platform (SRPS).
